Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Slidewell safe and trustworthy — especially because it produces health content — you agree not to do any of the following when using the Service or anything you create with it.
Integrity of evidence and citations
- Do not remove, hide, alter or falsify the citations, source lines, or any evidence-quality indicator attached to generated content.
- Do not present AI-generated content as original research, as a peer-reviewed publication, or as your own scientific work.
- Do not change statistics, findings or quotations so that they no longer reflect the cited source.
- Do not attribute content to a study, author, institution or person in a way that is false or misleading.
Health and safety
- Do not use the Service to provide individualised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment to a specific patient or person.
- Do not enter any patient information or any identifiable individual's health data into the Service.
- Do not generate or publish content that promotes unsafe, harmful or unproven health practices, or that is likely to mislead people about their health.
- Do not present content in a way that overstates certainty beyond what the cited evidence supports.
Legal and platform compliance
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of advertising, consumer-protection, professional, or platform (e.g. Instagram) rules that apply to you.
- Do not infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
- Do not generate content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise abusive.
Protecting the Service
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, credit counts, watermarks, or access controls.
- Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service or its templates, or use them to build a competing product.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or use automated means to access it except as we expressly permit.
- Do not share your account credentials or let others use your account outside the seats your plan allows.
Consequences
If you breach this policy, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate your account, and take any other step permitted by our Terms of Service or required by law. Where appropriate and lawful, we may report serious matters to the relevant authorities.
